Navigate the Mallow portal on mobile

On phones and small tablets, the Mallow authenticated app switches to a mobile layout with a fixed bottom navigation bar and redesigned dashboard cards. The mobile footer only appears inside the merchant portal, not on client-facing pages such as invoice payment or contract signing links.

On small screens, the left sidebar is replaced by a fixed footer with three controls.

Account

Tap the gear icon to open the same menu used on desktop: Settings, Updates, Help, and Sign Out. Unread announcements still show a red dot on Updates and on the Account button itself.

Pages

Tap the Pages pill to open a route picker drawer. The drawer lists all main destinations, including Home, Money, Clients, Agreements, and Merchant Hub, and highlights the page you are currently on.

New

Tap the plus icon to start a new item. The menu offers New Invoice, New Client, and New Contract.

Dashboard layouts on mobile

On screens under 768px wide, several dashboard surfaces change from table rows to stacked card layouts so they remain readable without horizontal scrolling.

  • Summary cards on the main dashboard collapse from a horizontal row into a 2×2 grid with auto height so titles stay visible.

  • Table views in Money, Clients, Merchant Hub, Agreements, and other dashboards reflow into stacked cards.

  • Tab bars scroll horizontally when they are wider than the screen. Swipe left or right to reach additional tabs.

Desktop navigation is unchanged. The mobile footer and card layouts only appear on small screens.

Add Mallow to your home screen

You can also install Mallow on iPhone or Android so it launches from a home-screen icon like a standalone app. It uses the same responsive layout and bottom navigation bar as the mobile browser, but opens without browser toolbars. For step-by-step instructions, see Install Mallow on your phone.
