Connecting to Slack

Stay on top of customer questions by connecting your help center to Slack. Receive instant notifications when customers submit feedback or when articles need attention.

To set up the integration, go to Settings and select Integrations. Click on Slack and follow the authorization flow. Once connected, you can choose which events trigger notifications and which channels receive them.
