How do I cancel my Mallow account?

We'd rather you didn't... But if you need to, we understand.

There are a couple of ways you can cancel your Mallow subscription:

1. Your receipt and reminder emails

   At the bottom of every payment receipt email and subscription reminder email, there is a link to view past payments or manage subscriptions. Click on that link and follow the cancellation process from the Subscriptions tab.

2. Contact us directly

   You can send an email to [email protected] and request that your subscription be cancelled and your account disabled.

Refunds:
