Add or change your profile photo

Your profile photo appears in the Team Members list and other avatar surfaces across your Mallow account. You can upload or change it from the Personal Info settings.

Upload your profile photo

1. Click Account in the bottom-left corner of the Mallow portal, then select Settings. On mobile, tap the Account gear icon in the bottom footer and select Settings.

2. You'll land on the Personal Info tab.

3. Click Upload Profile Photo and select an image file from your computer.

4. The photo preview appears immediately in the form.

5. Click Save Settings to persist the change.

After saving, your profile photo displays in the Team Members list and other places where your avatar appears.

Clients will never see your profile photo avatar.
