Home dashboard
Home is the first page you see after signing in to Mallow. The homepage has multiple charts and graphs that summarize your agreements, revenue, payment methods, and processing volumes. You can hover your mouse (or tap the screen on mobile) over each graph to see extra details.
Agreements
The Agreements widget shows a stacked bar of contract counts by status: Sent, Opened, Complete, Voided, and Rejected. An agreement counts as Opened when any recipient has viewed it.
Revenue Mix
The Revenue Mix widget shows a stacked bar of paid revenue by source: Subscriptions and Invoices.
Payment Method Mix
The Payment Method Mix widget shows a stacked bar of revenue by payment rail: Bank Transfer and Card.
Total Processing Volume and Subscriptions
The Volume widget is a line chart that toggles between two modes. Total Processing Volume mode shows all completed payments over the selected period. Subscriptions mode shows expected revenue with a dashed reference line and restricts date selection to whole months or years. The tooltip shows the date, the day’s increase, and the running total. A dot marks today at the end of the line.
Change the date range
Each widget has its own date picker. Click Change date range to open the picker, then enter a Start and End date and click Apply. The widget reloads with the new range. Check Apply date range to all charts to update every widget at once.
Home and Money are separate pages. Money, which previously occupied the homepage, now lives at Money in the sidebar and mobile footer.
