Find and read product updates

All users can read product update announcements from the Account dropdown.

View the Updates notification center

1. On desktop, click Account in the bottom-left corner of the Mallow portal. On mobile, tap the Account gear icon in the bottom navigation bar.

2. Select Updates from the menu. If there are unread announcements, a red dot appears next to Updates and on the Account button itself.

The modal opens with two tabs:

• New — Unread announcements.

• Read — Announcements you have already opened.

Read an announcement

1. In the New tab, click an announcement headline.

2. The full message and any attached images appear in the detail panel.

3. The announcement is automatically marked as read and moves to the Read tab.

The red dot badge disappears once all announcements are read.

If an announcement includes images, click any image to open a full-screen lightbox. Click the overlay again to close it.
