Clients dashboard
The Clients dashboard on the Clients page shows all your clients at a glance, including a compact indicator when a client has more than one point of contact.
On phones and small tablets, the Clients table reflows into stacked cards and the navigation moves to a fixed bottom footer. Tap Pages to open the route drawer, then select Clients.
Open the Clients page
Go to the Clients page from the main navigation to see your full client list.
What the table shows
Each row represents one client and includes the following columns:
Client Name — the business or individual name.
Email — the primary email address.
Phone — the primary phone number.
Contact Name — the primary point of contact. When a client has additional contacts, a +N badge appears next to the name.
Status — whether the client is Active or Archived.
Invoiced — total amount invoiced.
Client Since — the date the client was added.
Actions — the row actions menu for the client.
Use the table controls
On desktop, the Clients table includes the shared table toolbar: Search, Export, Customize, and Filters.
Search — filters rows as you type, matching text across the currently visible columns.
Filters — enables column filters for client name, email, phone, contact name, status, invoiced amount, and client-since date. Click on the Filter icon in each column to add/remove filters.
Customize — opens Customize table columns to choose which columns display; your choices are saved for your account.
Export — downloads the current filtered and sorted rows as a CSV file; to export specific rows, select the desired rows first before exporting.
Row checkboxes select rows, and column headers sort the table.
Selecting a normal row opens the client profile; the selection checkbox and the Actions cell do not.
On phones and small tablets, the table becomes stacked cards without these controls. See Use Mallow table views for the full shared-table behavior.
View additional contacts
When a client has extra contacts, the Contact Name column shows a clickable Number (+N) badge beside the primary contact name.
Click the Number (+N) badge in the Contact Name column.
A popover titled Other points of contact opens and lists the names of the additional contacts.
Clients with no extra contacts do not display the badge.
The popover is informational only. To add or edit contacts, open the client profile.
Open a client profile
To view full client details, stored payment methods, or invoices:
On the Clients page, select the client.
The client profile opens, showing payment methods, invoices, and contact details.
Set default payment terms
Set default payment terms on a client so new invoices for that client pre-fill their due date (e.g. if Client X requires Net 45 payment terms, you can set their default to "45 days" for all due dates). Terms are optional and can be cleared at any time.
On the Clients page, open the client profile and edit the client.
In the Default Payment Terms setting, clear the No default payment terms checkbox and enter a positive number of days.
Save the client. The profile now shows Default payment terms: N day(s).
To remove the terms, edit the client again and re-check No default payment terms.
When you select a client with default terms while creating a new invoice, the due date pre-fills to today's date plus the number of days you set in your default payment terms. You can still change the pre-filled due date on any invoice. Clients without default terms keep the existing tomorrow default.
Users with read-only client access cannot configure or edit default payment terms.
