Update your company info

Your company info settings control the sender details that appear on your invoices. You can add optional business information such as tax IDs or state registration numbers to display alongside your company name and phone number.

Access company info

  1. Click Account in the bottom-left corner of the Mallow portal.

  2. Select Settings from the menu.

  3. Go to the Company Info panel.

Company name and contact

Update your company's displayed name, phone number, and email address. These appear in the Invoice from section on invoices you send.

Miscellaneous info

Use the Miscellaneous info field to add one or two lines of optional business information that print on your invoices below your phone number. Common uses include:

  • Tax ID numbers

  • State registration numbers

  • Business license numbers

  • Professional credentials

How it appears on invoices

The information you enter displays in the Invoice from block, directly under your company phone number. This helps clients verify your business credentials and find important identification details without contacting you.

Adding miscellaneous info

  • Enter miscellaneous information in Line 1 or 2.

  • Each line is optional — leave either blank if not needed.

Line breaks are preserved on the invoice. Enter exactly what you want clients to see.

Save your changes

After updating your company info, click Save to apply the changes. New invoices will reflect the updated sender details. Existing sent invoices are not affected.
