Use Mallow table views
The tables across Mallow's dashboards and the client portal lets you search, filter, sort, customize the columns, and export rows as a CSV file (desktop version only).
Where the shared table appears
The same table experience powers the Invoices and Transactions, Subscriptions, Recurring Invoices, Products, Clients, and Agreements pages, the Payments and Vault tabs in the Merchant Hub, and the Subscriptions and Receipts tables in the client portal. Every one of these surfaces shows the same toolbar controls: Search, Export, Customize, and Filters.
Search the table
Click Search to open a search field, then type to narrow the rows as you type. Matching is not case-sensitive and looks for your text as a substring across the currently visible columns, so a row appears if any visible column contains it. Search runs locally on your device as you type — it is not an API query — and hidden columns are excluded until you make them visible through Customize. Search combines with any active column filters with AND logic, so a row must match both to stay in the list.
Filter the table
Turn on Filters to reveal a filter icon on each filterable column, then open a column's filter to narrow the rows. Available filter types are text, date range, multi-select, and amount range, and each open filter has a Reset control that clears that column's filter. Turning Filters off clears all active filters at once.
Customize table columns
Click Customize to open the Customize table columns modal, which lets you choose which columns display. Your choices are saved per account user and follow that user across companies. The modal has only Cancel and Save — there is no reset-to-defaults control — and locked columns such as Actions cannot be customized.
Select rows and export to CSV
Select rows with the checkboxes in each row, then click Export to download the current filtered and sorted rows as a CSV file. If you have rows selected, Export first opens the Export selection dialog, where Export CSV exports only the selected rows. With no rows selected, the export runs immediately and downloads the full current result set. Sort any column by clicking its header.
Scrolling instead of pagination
Desktop tables scroll through all matching rows rather than showing numbered pages, so there are no pagination controls to page through. All filtered and sorted rows are present in the scrollable view.
Resizing tables
The tables in the Mallow app are built to adapt to your unique screen size. However, if you alter the window size, it may cause the table to display incorrectly. If this occurs, simply Refresh your browser window and your table will re-render to the new window size.
On mobile
Most merchant-facing surfaces use a separate card or list layout on phones and small tablets without the shared toolbar, so the Search, Export, Customize, and Filters controls are desktop-only there.
