Vault payment email template configuration

Mallow sends a set of transactional emails for merchant-initiated payments made from stored payment methods.

Template recipients and timing

• Client submitted: Sent to the client when a vault charge is submitted.

• Company user submitted: Sent to all company users when a vault charge is submitted.

• Client success: Sent to the client when a vault charge completes successfully.

• Company user success: Sent to all company users when a vault charge completes successfully.

The email notification indicates whether the charge is for a one-off transaction or for a subscription.
